Taggiasche olives in brine

Costa dei Rosmarini offers Taggiasche olives also in the brine version.

These delicate olives can be served with aperitifs and as final ingredients of many dishes. They add a delicate extra flavour to salads, pasta sauces, meat, fish. The olives should not be cooked. Add them to dishes before serving with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
